Our Story

This independent living residence began with a simple realization. When our family was searching for the right home for our father, we couldn't find a space that offered the perfect balance of independence, safety, and true boutique comfort.

We decided to create that space ourselves—a boutique five-resident independent living residence (ILF) designed not as a massive institution, but as a sanctuary to live with dignity and ease.

Beyond your private room, the home opens into inviting, homelike spaces designed for peaceful and connected living. You have full access to a fully equipped kitchen and open living areas for gathering and relaxation. Outside, our expansive decks and three-acre property offer a quiet sanctuary to enjoy nature and fresh air without ever leaving home.
